This painting was the outcome of an exercise to express myself using paints found in general households. Once I had the spray paint base ready I mixed the matching coloured materials directly on the canvas using flicks, drips, spreading and throwing techniques.  This technique allows me to be physically involved in my paintings.  The built up textures offers depth and interest to the final visual bringing an indication of movement and intensity in the creative process. No brushes used with this technique.
